If you make wine or mead long enough, you&#8217;ll want to measure large quantities of liquid. I have a 2-cup (500 ml) measuring cup, but that didn&#8217;t cut it when I needed to measure 1 liter of honey and 4 liters of water. So I made this &#8220;9-liter measuring cup&#8221; from a 2-gallon bucket.
